Each Roaster is spawned in our hatchery, raised in our nursery, grown on our oyster grounds and delivered by our team. The oysters that you order will be pulled from the water in the morning and shipped that afternoon. We only ship overnight to ensure that they are at their happiest when they arrive at your door. This order includes 100 Roasters.
